Marx partnered with Belmo Group to create a refined and contemporary brand experience for Fairshore Noosa, one of Hastings Street’s most iconic beachfront addresses. The project aimed to capture the effortless sophistication of its absolute beachfront position while reintroducing the resort as a premier destination for modern travellers seeking an authentic Noosa experience. Drawing inspiration from Noosa’s natural beauty, the design direction embraced soft coastal hues, clean typography, and minimal textures to reflect understated luxury. Every brand element, from digital to print was designed to convey calm, balance, and timeless appeal, mirroring the rhythm of beachfront living.

The collaboration extended into a custom-built booking website, thoughtfully designed to elevate the guest experience and simplify direct reservations. The site blends seamless navigation with immersive visual storytelling, showcasing Fairshore’s stunning oceanfront apartments, resort facilities, and the vibrant Hastings Street lifestyle. The outcome is a cohesive and elegant brand identity that enhances Fairshore’s reputation as a premier beachfront escape, combining contemporary design, digital sophistication, and the relaxed spirit of Noosa.
